The Founding Brothers & Team
In the dynamic world of entrepreneurship, family-owned businesses hold a unique place. They often face a host of challenges, and the ones that manage not only to survive but thrive over the long term are indeed a rarity. What began as a mere thought transformed into a concept, and it materialised through the determination and drive of brothers, Gavin and Baron.
They are supported by a team of hard-working individuals who share in their vision to create outstanding prints through production and finishing techniques. While Spectraprint is the brainchild of Gavin & Baron, it would not be possible without the fantastic team who are willing to go the extra mile in making the magic happen!
Baron Gaskin
Financial Director
Having worked in various industries prior to starting Spectraprint, Baron found his passion within the printing industry. His degree in psychology and his interpersonal skills have been pivotal in developing longstanding and successful relationships with Spectraprint’s stakeholders. He has extensive experience in the management of large volume point of sale projects as well as ensuring seamless collaboration with our team and client expectations.
Gavin Gaskin
Production Director
Earning a place in the top 5% of colour proofers in the industry, production directors do not come more experienced than Gavin. His unique skillset include the ability to mix colours and colour match, as well as understand the complexity of the machinery within the company which ensures our production team are always kept in top form. Gavin has extensive experience in the management of projects from costing to delivery. His vision for Spectraprint is to be the leading printing provider that never falters on the core values of transparency, honesty and integrity.
